Fluid Fitness is located in the Fashion District. The vibe here is very low key and all the trainers that I have had were all fantastic. I always walk out of here with a smile on my face. The owner Lisa is super sweet too!
Pilates on Fifth
NYSC- Finding, authentic, quality instruction at a Gym chain is hard. Once you find that instructor, keep him or her on your radar. I have been taking Sonia's Yoga classes for at least 3 years. She teaches Hatha and Vinyasa. My practice may lapse from time to time, but I always go back to her warm, comforting instruction! Email her at soniasoniab@aol.com for her class schedule.
